Order processing and delivery times
All products listed in shop are available from our warehouse. Order processing time is around 1-2 working days. There can be some cases when order processing could take longer time, but in such case we will contact you immediately to inform about delay and possible solutions.
We will do our best to deliver your order in shortest possible time.
Delivery time in Latvia - 2-4 working days.
Delivery time in Baltics - 2-4 working days.
Delivery time in Latvia - 4-7 working days.

Damages

Returns
RETURNS AND REFUND TERMS
All orders are eligible for return and refund in 14 days after purchase.
All customers are eligible to cancel order. to start return process you need to inform us with your decision to return your order with sending application letter to info@furnismart.eu.
In application letter you mus indicate following information:
- Order number/invoice number
- Reason why you want to return your order
- Customer are responsible for return shipping costs
- All orders are eligible for exchange the goods to similar value items from our shop in 14 days from order delivery. Return and exchanges must be agreed upon with following conditions:
- Product is not used, all packing material is saved and not damaged.
- Customer has all purchase documentation and product consists of all components.
- Customer need to cover all return shipping costs.
Customer looses return, refund and exchange rights in following cases:
- Customer can not provide purchase and delivery documentation
- Customer can not provide proof of visible defects on time of delivery
- Mechanical damages has occurred by acts for customer actions
- Product have been used in not suitable conditions
- Product was not used for its intended use
- During the use of the product usage and maintenance terms where not followed.
- Products were damaged due to unforeseen conditions like water, electrical grid fluctuations, fire damages and all other unforeseen force majore factors.
